Returns, Cancellations & Pricing Policies

Return Policy:

We are delighted you are shopping with us for your special day and want you to be 100% happy with your purchase!

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we do accept returns. However, knowing that our brides want to receive merchandise that is brand new, not handled by others or worn, we do have restrictions on returns. Thus, we appreciate your consideration of the following policies: 

  • We kindly ask that our customers refrain from purchasing multiple items to decide which will work best, while planning to return the rest. We are not able to accommodate this type of order. 
  • Merchandise must be unused, undamaged, and in sale-able condition. Merchandise that is returned in non sale-able condition will be sent back to the customer. Postage, shipping and handling charges are not reimbursable -- NO RETURNS AFTER WEDDING DATE accepts returns for refund if we are contacted by email within 5 days of delivery of your packages delivery confirmation in unworn condition - a few exception (see below for non-returnable items and items arriving damaged). Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:• -without showing signs of wear or damage in any way • -within 5 calendar days of the delivery date (after 5 days no returns are allowed). Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Process for Returning Merchandise:

  1. E-mail within 5 days of delivery of the item(s). If the customer's return is approved, the customer will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number to be included with the return package and will be given the address for the return. All items must be in their original boxes and packaging and be in new, unused condition to complete the return.
  2. Please return well-wrapped in a sturdy Box, padded or bubble package to protect the item(s), ship by Priority Mail or UPS with tracking and email us the tracking number at 
  3. Items must be received by us within 5 days of return approval in new, unaltered and unused condition, in original packaging. 
  4. Refund will be issued contingent upon inspection of item for condition once we receive it. If item is soiled or damaged, it will be returned to the buyer at the buyer's expense and no credit will be given. 
  5. If your order falls below our $150.00 guideline and the FREE shipping option was provided on your order, a shipment fee will be charged, this will NOT be refunded back to your credit card, the refund will be minus the shipping. Please see our Shipping Policy page.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Hand-Crafted & Custom Made jewelry items
  • Personalized items
  • Edible favors
  • Items sold as a set must be returned as a complete set or no return can be allowed.
  • Items received in soiled or used condition or without their original packaging and tags.

Canceled and/or modified orders must be done within 24 hours.  Email your request and we will do everything we can to assist you. If the order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel or modify the order.

Returning Defective Items:
You must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the Damaged or Defective Items for return authorization.

Damaged Items:
Please report any shipping or invoice errors on the part of or any damaged merchandise within 24 hours of receipt. After 24 hours of receipt, can not accept claims for damaged items. For health reasons, no claims will be allowed except for manufacturer defects and/or any merchandise which has been worn. For date sensitive orders, please report any damages on the date of receipt of order to allow time for any necessary corrections. is not responsible for any expedited shipping charges on order corrections if the error or damage is not reported immediately. will issue a refund for allowable returns.

Incorrect Orders Received:
We must be notified of any incorrect items within 24 hours of the order being received.

    Customer Errors:
    There will be a 15% restocking fee on any allowable returns that are not due to error. All shipping charges relating to returns and/or corrections not due to error are the sole responsibility of the customer.

    Pricing Policy:
    All prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors on website or catalog. We are not responsible for web-site system glitches. In the event a computer “glitch” occurs you will be notified by e-mail to offer you a choice to continue with sale modification or cancel.

    Product Availability works closely with our Wholesalers to only advertise products that are readily available  and we apologize if a product is back ordered, out of stock, or discontinued by the time you place your order.

    If a popular item is out of stock when you order it, will notify you by e-mail ASAP and will let you know when the item will be available. When contacted, you will have the option to wait until the item is available, choose another item, or be refunded for that item.

We only use this information solely for order fulfillment, billing and shipping purposes. We will not share any information about our customers with any third parties under any circumstances.

    Customer orders are completely secure and our customer information is kept private. All credit card and personal information provided to us is transmitted securely using SSL encryption.


    Customers are responsible for facilitating proper delivery by the shipping carrier, failure to secure delivery on your end is your responsibility and you agree not to hold us liable for it or stop payment in any form or way.
